•Provide coordinated legal advice to company Operating Divisions and other Departments working with internal and outside counsel members;
•Advise and participate in the review of significant oil and gas legal matters, including leases, division orders, unitization, operating agreements, AMIs, JOAs, PSAs, acquisitions/divestitures, easements, condemnations, claims and other pre-litigation matters;
•Prepare and amend legal arrangements with affiliates to facilitate processing and marketing;
•Advise on royalty matters, deductions and impacts for transactions, acquisitions and litigation;
•Contracting core E&P agreements, master service agreements, other procurement;
•Royalty issues - deductions, valuation, marketability, affiliates; and affiliate transactions - gathering, processing and sales Compliance antitrust, anti-corruption and other business practices
•Develop and maintain a reputation for high ethical standards and integrity across the organization as well as with external parties
