Key Deliverables
Pre-Sales Support: Writing technical white papers and own the technical response to RFI/RFP. Administering the pre-sales team for offering pre-sales support to sales reps and agents. Devising product road maps and migration strategies along with maintaining good relationships with internal and external business partners.
New Product Launch: Qualifying and validating new products quality. Performing experiments for testing and verification plans for new products along with coordinating tests of prototype or existing production parts. Performing troubleshooting and problem solving for improving product performance. Reviewing and finalizing product costs and man power costs. Preparing project turnover documentation SOP's, work instructions, to support the product transfer. Supervising one or more engineering techs for providing guidance to less experienced engineers.
Post Sales Support: Supporting sales growth of the assigned region, and other regions as needed. Ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding relationships. Analyzing the regional market to develop appropriate growth strategies. Identifying new opportunities and creating sales analysis. Facilitating the validation and other orders-related activities as required.
Product Development: Coordinating and supporting different teams that go into product creation — business, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams. Managing the Pre Sales Team and delivering technical briefings, presentations, and demonstrations. Understanding client requirements, their expectations and devising solutions accordingly. Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms & adhering to SLAs. Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience.
Service Delivery: Supporting service delivery functions to ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents and problems. Providing post implementation support. Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms & adhering to SLAs. Providing strategies to the leadership team for continued improvement in effectiveness & efficiency of business. Organizing delivery of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in the security technology, via a local Product Specialist and manage the customer’s success criteria.
IT Infrastructure Management: Handling the daily operations to ensure that the network and the infrastructure are up & running and as a whole provides a high degree of reliability and availably. Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule/ budgets. Overseeing ITIL Process including Asset Management, Service Level Management, Issues Management, Configuration Management, Risk Management, Scope Change Management, Communications Management and Release Level Management.
Network Management/ System Administration: Setting up and managing Local Area Network and Wide Area Network; designing Groups/ Users for authentication and security of system/ network. Maintaining the network Hardware and Software, analyzing problems and monitoring the network to ensure its availability; handling the Commissioning Routers, Switches & Firewalls / Computer Hardware devices
Project Management: Planning project activities viz., scope, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management. Implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines. Handling various technical aspects like project documentation, system design & integration, monitoring critical paths and taking appropriate actions for multiple projects. Meeting customer expectations, beginning with initial scope identification and through the project lifecycle. Ensuring all projects meet established standards. Proactively communicating, informing and influencing others to achieve success for assigned projects and programs.
Bachlers Degree in Computer Sciences
