o Acting as an onboarding liaison for new hires, conducting exit interviews and process HR transactions.
* Work Force Planning & Employment
o Providing supervision, guidance and quality control to staff and management with respect to the firm’s policies,
employment laws, rules and regulations and General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI, MoI and Muqeem).
o Monitoring and supervising the manpower’s needs, demands, and agreements.
* Human Resource Development
o Coaching and providing guidance on day to day basis to HR-new hires and interns.
* Staff and Labor Accommodations
o Managing accommodations owners list and their contracts.
o Assuring quality of the accommodations is up to the standard
o Cost reporting for all residences in the region
o Planning sufficient maintenance schedule to preserve and enhance the properties.
o Providing residences with adequate environment for over 4000 Labors and 300 Staff members
* General Duties
o Monthly reports and attendance sheets for staff member and Labors.
o Managing ticketing, hotel reservations, and car rentals for company visitors and business trips.
o Handling governmental requirements.
o Allocating the necessary manpower among project in the region.
o Coordinating with global HR team.
Member of the inventory auditing team.
* Overseeing stock in all branches of Lebanon.
