Responsible for the coordination of distribution, shipping and tracking of shipments across specified markets and take full control on documents issued or received by distribution team. Ensure that the documents are filed in a proper manner to cater future requirements. Periodical archiving to be conducted on regular basis. As assigned from time to time, distribute materials such as customer hardware, marketing POS, spare-parts, accessories, packing materials etc to warehouses, refurbishment centers, sales outlets, dealers, hotels, muds, project sites etc. Manage import shipments as and when required. To implement strategic, operational and tactical plans to build a robust inventory management functions with designated countries or regions. Ensure stock availability at all required locations to support new sales, maintenance of existing customer hardware, upgrades etc. Identify / forecast purchase and warehouse stock movement requirements. Identify stock replenishments at dealers, installation companies and staffs levels Ensure full database integrity with physical transactions and stock. Thorough follow up with OSN stockholders to ensure monthly reporting, reconciliation, after clarifications, invoice stock that are not reported.
Supervise all warehouse operations and activities
• Ensure that all activities are done as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Utilize warehouse resources and employees to eliminate excess cost
• Setup new accounts on WMS
• Provide guidance and support to warehouse operations team members
• Prepare and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members
• Responsible for KPIs monitoring
• Prepare clients’ invoices, and assist in monthly closings
• Supervise the operations team in creating Advance Shipment Notice, Shipment Order, Stock Keeping Units, Pack Key and update data on WMS
• Ensure that all documents related to warehouse procedures and clients are kept and well maintained
• Ensure accurate data updates on WMS
• Assigned as ISO management representative
• Coordinate with clients/client representatives to fulfill their requirements
• Follow up and resolve client complaints and work with operations team leaders to ensure meeting clients’ requirements
• Participate in all warehouse operations and activities
• Handle all anomalies such as product non-conformity, inventory accuracy, accidents and incidents by identifying root causes, suggest and implement corrective & preventive actions
• Coordinate with the QC team to conduct inventory spot checks by performing inventory for data integrity, and discrepancy
• Prepare warehouse utilization reports
• Coordinate with team members to conduct inventory spot checks
