Evaluate and submit all sub contractors’ payment certificates and evaluate changing
order requests in response to out-of-scope.
Follow up project documents including specifications, project contract terms, scope of
work, drawings.
Prepare project monthly interim payment in coordination with the project team and
subcontractors. Change orders and variation to client as well.
In addition to the above, Follow up all daily construction tasks while providing safe
working conditions, meeting the budget and project deadlines to the best level of
quality standards and finally follow up the project closing out documents with the
client /the consultant.
Assist in preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports

Follow up all Subcontractors' claims and final payments for previous project.
Final account and project closing out, through attending all commercial meetings with
the client for the previous project.
Working in Tendering Department for newly proposed projects at tender stage for and
including documents Review, Quantities take-off, and final evaluation on commercial
submissions.
Share with and assist in Commercial and contractual correspondence.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as requested by the management.
Define trade packages and develop the scope of work for each package.
Taking of quantity from site and drawings.
Preparing and submitting the monthly interim payments
Preparing subcontractors’ payments.
Evaluate, submit, and negotiate variation orders.
Providing engineering support to the construction team.
Preparing structural shop drawings in coordination with architectural shop drawings
and other disciplines.
Preparing bar bending schedule in coordination for MEP and other Subcontractors
services
