working as Lead Operation Engineer responsible for O&M activities round the clock for all four shifts reporting to me (Total staff 68). Plant based on three HFO fired power units; gross capacity 825 MW & MED desalination units; capacity 60, 000 m3 / day.
Power output 1020 MW & Desalination, RO 212, 000 m3 / day. Vendor: - MITSUBHISHI JAPAN. Plant based on 03 units; capacity 340 MW each, Steam Turbines (tandem compounded 02 cylinder), Boiler (Force draft, force feed circulation, CO corner firing, ESP, Ash handling & Flue gas desulfurization unit). Desalination 16 RO Trains (Type 1st pass Hollow fiber CTA, 2nd pass Spiral wound PA) capacity 212, 000 m3 / day. Plant Major Areas, demineralization plant. CO2 Plant, waste water treatment, Hypochlorite plant, crude oil ship unloading Jetty & storage facility etc.
Gross Power output 1200 MW, Desalination MSF 880, 000 m3/day. Vendor: - SIEMENS /ANSALDO/DOSAN. Plant based on 03 Units, each unit capacity 400 MW, cogeneration steam turbines, desalination 12 MSF units, Hypochlorite plant, crude oil ship unloading Jetty & storage facility etc. Classified as MARAFIQ Internal Use
As an Operation Shift Charge Engineer responsible for all O&M activities and make sure reliable utilities supply to the client Vendor: - GE / HITACI The ENGRO Polymer utility section based on 70MW combined cycle, 03 gas turbines, 01 steam turbine, Cooling tower, Demine water treatment system, Instrument air, Plant air & Nitrogen Generation, West water treatment units etc.
Responsible for Power and desalination production all O&M activities Vendor: - IHI / ANSALDO Hub power project based on four unit's Gross capacity 1292 MW, Desalination MED 1200 M3/day
