• Supervise a current portfolio of more than 150 projects that span multiple industries including Paper, Packaging, Food Services, Building Material and Automobile Parts.
• A member of SIDF Loan Committee which is responsible for reviewing and evaluating all loans appraisals for approval or any major amendment in the loan agreement (e.g. change in security, waiver of covenants … etc.)
Selected Experiences:
• Supervised different portfolios totaling more than 250 projects that range from SME projects with capital investments of SR 4 million to Mega strategic projects with total capital investments of more than SR 20 billion that span multiple industries including Industrial Services, Mining, Food Services, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, building material and Commercial and Residential Real Estate industries
• Actively evaluated over 40 project feasibility evaluations that consisted of an analysis of technical and marketing consultant due diligence, the audit of all costs, and the continued monitoring of all loan investments through the project lifecycle
• Led over 30 time-sensitive legal negotiations involving discussions regarding contracts, covenants, and loan terms that need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Developed over 15 detailed industry studies that shaped the creation of SIDF financing policies and performed sector-specific evaluations that identified key areas of focus for SIDF growth
• Managed the coordination and implementation of consultancy services to clients within the project portfolio that are underperforming financially or operationally
