Register patient information in a customer information system.
• Handle patients’ appointments with doctors, their complaints, and inquiries if
walk-in patients register them on the same day.
• Contact patients to ensure and remind them of their appointments a day before
• Contact and check the health insurance prior authorization requests to ensure
the validity of the patient’s health card and inform them if there’s any charge.
• Check the dental approval with the insurance department in the hospital and
inform the patient.
• Serve as a backup if another employee is out due to absence.
• Develop the knowledge of patient needs (new and regular patients) to improve
patient satisfaction.
• Check emails of a call center to answer queries and make patients' appointments
or reschedule them.
Coordinates, guides, and follows up with the collection, consolidation, analysis,
interpretation, and reporting of comprehensive and reliable information relating
to products, services, and market conditions including municipal development
plans and projects.
• Analysis in collaboration with local development analysis that is focusing on large
infrastructure development.
• Collecting information, data related, planned business, events, promotions,
campaigns, major social and cultural events, etc.
• The study of sales potential for all products and services in the region and
forecast sales requirements in coordination with the sales manager and
consideration of customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and present to the management general planning forecast line
plant and subscriber equipment forecast from the data provided concerned
sources as well as subsequent requirements for the network.
• Provide up-to-date records for maps, sites, and buildings to assist the sales team.
• Provides clear direction, set targets, and assigns responsibilities to the
forecasting analysis team.
