• DAL Engineering Division Electronic Payment Channels Responsibility involves strategically expanding and optimizing Electronic Payment Channels, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms. This encompasses increasing adoption rates, ensuring seamless transactions, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth through digital payment solutions. The team collaborates with stakeholders to identify emerging trends, implement security measures, and stay at the forefront of technological advancements in the financial landscape.
• Customer Behavior and Market Basket Analysis Meticulously analyzing customer behavior patterns. This involves studying purchasing trends, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and conducting market basket analysis to uncover associations between products. By understanding customer preferences, the team contributes to strategic decision making, personalized marketing campaigns, and optimizing product offerings.
• Spare parts Delivery - Tirhal Partnership Setting up and managing Spare Parts Delivery service. This includes designing efficient logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts to our customers. Simultaneously, the responsibility extends to negotiating and formalizing a contract with Tirhal Company, forging a strong partnership that leverages their expertise in last-mile delivery. By synergizing our efforts, we aim to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth.
• On ground Products Market Research
Conducting thorough on-ground market research specifically focused on products and machines. This includes collecting data, analyzing industry trends, assessing customer needs, and identifying potential gaps or opportunities. By staying attuned to the pulse of the market, we aim to make informed decisions, optimize product offerings, and drive strategic growth.
Alternative Banking Channels (ABC);
Responsibilities:
• I held responsibility for the channels analytics, the role involved meticulously analyzing data from various electronic payment methods on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. This includes tracking sales performance, identifying any setbacks, and transforming big data into actionable information. By delving into the intricacies of payment trends, the analyst aims to uncover valuable insights that drive informed decision-making, enhance overall financial efficiency and boost sales value.
• Respond to client queries related but not restricted to account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, security transfers, security information, general product and/or service information.
• Diligent follow up with clients to execute term sheets, Know Your Customer (KYC) and other documents.
• Keep pace with different, multiple Electronic Channels, report their performance and revenue, Analyze their data, present and visualize the channels data for upper management on monthly basis.
• Analyze Social Media Platforms user engagements and perceive new internet marketing strategies to increase interactions and engagements.
• Visa Card issuing; front desk services, responsible for managing and facilitating the issuance of Visa cards to customers. This includes verifying customer information, processing applications, coordinating with relevant departments, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to Visa cards."
• Managing partnerships with Fintech companies, Startups and SMEs; this entails identifying potential partners, negotiating mutually beneficial terms, facilitating seamless integration, and leveraging synergies to enhance financial services for SMEs. Additionally, the responsibility includes monitoring partnership performance, ensuring compliance, and driving innovation through these strategic alliances.
