DESIGNATION: Events Production Manager
Event Planning:
Responsible for signing up Tents, AV and the whole production of the event
Overseeing production process, drawing up production schedule for event elements
Assessing project requirements and ensuring production is cost-effective but also of quality
Creating and setting floor plans for event elements and event day logistics
Coordinating meetings, follow up, and project management
Coordinating additional elements such as safety, cleaning, etc. with venue
Liaising among different departments that have production needs ie, exhibition sales, sponsor activation's
Venue/Stage Management:
Ensure the venue are set up in a timely manner with the correct furniture and equipments
Inspect venue hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Oversee registration & work crowd control
Ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike at all times
Ensure all are aware of fire and evacuation procedures
Stage/Tent Designs & Management:
Generates creative ideas / themes for the event, tailor-made event identity
Designed and executed overall look for the stages and Tents
Designs, sets up, maintained lighting and sound systems

Event Security:
Oversee event management activities for all facility events

Food Trucks/Supplier Relations:

Event Day Logistics:
Assisting supplier managers in working with laborers during set-up and break down
Managing vendor logistics for set-up and break down, loading and unloading services

Addressing any needs that may come up during event, crisis management
Manage installations and set up of events & property launches
Manage all aspects of Events from pre-sourcing to post evaluations

Working as a Coordinator I have to plan, co-ordinate and control the activities and resources of the numerous ground services providers, who are involved in aircraft turnarounds at Dubai airport with the objective of ensuring a consistently high standard of service to the airline customer, achieving set standards for on-time departures
Ensure that a safe and on-time departure is assured whilst optimizing aircraft space utilization and thus the commercial payload uplifted
Responsible for providing the Captain and Flight Operations with the required information
Ensuring impact of any LMC (last minute changes) transactions after FF (flight finalized) are incorporated and amended where necessary to ensure down line accuracy of all signals prior to PD (post-departure status)
Responsible in taking decisions regarding the departure, working towards the best solution for the airline as a whole and not purely from a punctuality angle
This will involve balancing the need for on-time departures with maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue, simultaneously ensuring safety, security and regulatory requirements are met
Provides leadership and direct supervision to a team of staff, to ensure the accurate processing, storage and dispatch of a specific load and/or equipment, in line with service delivery targets and schedules, and within the boundaries of safety and regulatory requirements
Strictly complies with all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Airport Authority Standards and Regulatory requirements. Responsible for all safety issues (including Dangerous Goods) and ensures that all team members comply with the laid down safety regulations at all times. Immediately reports to the Supervisor any damage to aircraft, equipment or any injury to a team member
Cargo Assistant ( 3years Experience )
Ensure smooth handling of cargo throughout Cargo Operations (Landside and Airside) by performing multi-skilled role while utilizing the resources provided effectively
Ensure a high degree of customer service, attentiveness, speed, and control error rates, whilst maintaining consistency in service standards
Perform inventory of goods at the request of the customer, recording any deviation to the specification of goods.
Liaise with Government Authorities such as Customs, Health or Police as required to ensure the effective movement of all cargo, courier and mail
Ensure at all times that the handling of all special cargo (dangerous goods, live animals, valuable goods etc) fully complies with the current edition of the IATA manuals and are loaded in accordance with the same
Ensure that safety and security procedures are complied with at all times while handling cargo
Participate in the continuous improvement program of Dnata Cargo and implement with thorough understanding and commitment of the Quality Management System under Quality Standards (Such as ISO 9001, 18001 etc).
