• Detail review of all Engineering Drawings and Documents.
• To plan, monitor, assess resource direct and act to ensure adherence to the construction program in order to complete the project within the contract period.
• Complete coordination with the consultant and the client regarding design and the site related issues.
• Environment as well as security is strictly adhering.
• Handling of project petty cash, matters related to Invoices and payments.
• To plan, identify and manage the deployment and utilization of appropriate resources/ equipment, people, sub-contractors, materials and method to execute the work and achieved programmed requirements.
• To ensure the proper execution of the work and effective implementation of financial and commercial aspects of the project in order to meet or improve upon the forecasted costs, budgetary requirements, revenue and profits while maintain positive cash flow.
• Follow up with purchasing sections for the procurement of material.
• Preparation of Daily and Monthly progress report of Site as required for Client and Consultant.
