Supervise and check the quality of the work based on specification and standard of the project.
Checking of quality and quantity of material delivered on site according to the specification to avoid Non-Conformance of the material.
Structural concrete pre-pour inspection including checking of layout orientation, alignment, rebar’s arrangement and spacing with correct covering.
Witness of concrete pouring activities.
Checking of temperature and slump of concrete prior to pouring of concrete.
Rebar and form work inspection of Foundation, Slabs, Beams and columns.
Checking of surface preparation and coating activities for water proofing of retaining walls and foundation.
Inspection of block work as per drawing and specification.
Inspection of flooring tiles marble as per drawing.
Inspection of Plastering and painting door and windows.
