• Supervise and lead a team of engineers and designers in carrying out detailed engineering work for projects.
• Responsible for conceptual and detail design and provide necessary technical information for procurement in compliance with tender specification/data sheets and within budgeted man-hour and project schedules.
• Review the ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment, material and man-hour estimates.
• Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of technical Document Register (TDR).
• Identify requirements and scope of work.

• Effectiveness in the areas of construction safety and productivity, contractor management, construction planning and execution, project organization and construction project controls.
• Supervise Installation and testing and pre-commission and commissioning of Ring main units, Transformers & Substations Switchboards.
• Development Project Procedure Data sheets, Material Requisition
• HV & LV Systems installation and Testing
• Follow up with contractors for overall the Project.
• Provide leadership, advice and motivate the site supervision team.
• Supervise schedule, budget, costs and quality of Electrical &Instrument works.
• Report to the Principal Manger.
• Monitor contractor’s compliance with the requirements and reports deficiencies immediately to the Project Manger.
• Ensure that tests and inspections are performed and documented in accordance with project procedures.
• Review contractor’s submissions and make recommendations for approval.

• Reviews single line diagrams logic diagrams for protection and controls (secondary system) which subjected for approval.

• Make sure that all required work permits are obtained in time and that the team understands and follows the conditions of the permit, in order to avoid any subsequent problems and conflicts.
