• Support the management for the detailed ORAT Strategies and Plans
• ORAT & Closeout team member, handling the Airport systems handover, Closeout, and Snags closure. Incomplete work completion.
• Verifying the functionality, Readiness & T&C of all airport systems (HVAC, Fire fighting, Plumbing(Water Supply & Drainage), RO, BMS, , MV, LV, ELV &AOS.
• Familiarization Walk /Walk through the Route /activated Path with Authority (ADAC, Immigration, POLICE, ORAT TEAM).
• Closing of the documents & following up with the Sub-Contractor to complete the T&C and functionality readiness work before handing over as per Specs & Approved Documents.
• Checking the readiness of Rooms & Spaces for handing over to the End user in a smooth transition.
• Attend meetings and close coordination with the consultants' construction, T&C & safety (AECOM, CXA, PROFIRE). Client (ADAC)& Sub-contractors.
• Following up with the Sub-Contractor for Completion of work & approval
• Participate in and support planning, ramp up and execution of the various elements of Airport and Airline Operational Readiness Programs
• Develop Operational Concepts for new facilities and communicate those concepts to design teams
• Coordinate and/or develop Familiarization, Induction and Training Plans
• Leading the development and implementation of an integrated Trials, examining and commissioning schedule which incorporates the necessary requirements, logic, and time frames needed for training to support transfer of the airport
• Ensure ORAT schedules are developed and integrated into Project Construction Master Schedules
• Develop a comprehensive plan for transition of operations from existing to new facilities covering the areas of facility maintenance, operations, commercial, communications, finance, training and information technology
• Work with of Operational Readiness experts in training, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, trials, mobilization and move
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior representatives of key stakeholders including Airline and Airport management, vendors, sub-concessionaires, consumer groups and the airport business community to ensure all stakeholders are

• Focus on ensuring technical systems meet their intended purpose, providing an effective framework to support staff operations and methodically trialing every component of all systems and developing mitigation plans to address any issues or deficiencies in the

• Utilize reporting tools, such as SharePoint, Risk Registers; Issue Logs, Dashboards, Prolog, Primavera, Microsoft Office, etc. To ensure ORAT activities and milestones are being achieved
• Review Project schedules, testing and close out plans for development of detailed turnover plans including duties & responsibilities of all parties
• Develop, track and report on work plans to ensure transitions activities are progressing according to schedule, and all elements of the transition plan will be complete prior to opening day
• Establish metrics to track effectiveness of operational plans and training; utilize data to adjust ORAT activities for future transition phases

•Maintains and prepares a variety of records, including daily/weekly progress reports, or as directed by Project Lead.

•Provide support to Resident Engineer/Team lead to ensure projects run smoothly by providing expert knowledge and advice.
•Liaises with the Design Engineer on modifications if required and Ensure senior staffs are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and that the objectives of the client are achieved.
•Prepare daily site reports and highlights issues that arise on site to the Project Lead.
•Coordinates with the other team members.
•Monitor Health and Safety of the construction works and report on violations
•Prepare proposal for new project as per company policy and submit to client for bid
•Review and provide input on design of pumping station, Fire fighting system, Irregation Network, MEP services including their calculation report, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design, system layout
•Perform Site inspections and provide inputs/comments on their system, subsystem for correct actions.
•Perform routine fire safety inspections of private and Government buildings
•Investigate fires explosions and other unexpected fire-related emergencies
•Check all fire safety equipment to determine that everything functioning properly.
•Recommended methods to correct all identified fire safety violations
•Prepare and implement all QC / Commissioning documents including ITP, Checklist, Method statement, Procedures related with the project
•Provide consulting services of MEP service including preparation of due diligence reports, gap analyses and feasibility reports
•Prepare schedules and delivering of project as per agreed with client and within budget
•Communicate regularly with Client Leaders and Project Managers of other services who may be managing other projects for same client and maintain client satisfactory.
