Handled Duties & Responsibilities
Reports Directly to the HSE Manager.
Risk Assessment and Management, Accident/Incident, Near Miss Investigation and Reporting, Job Safety Analysis, Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention.
Conducting Tool Box Talk.
Planning, directing and supervising the HSE functions and activities.
Planning and scheduling HSE system and compliance audits.
Promoting a best practice through benchmarking and communicate the results to management for assessment and possible implementation.
Co - ordination with other senior project staff relating to scheduling of activities and manpower requirements and ensuring adequate coverage from HSE during execution of the works.
Carrying out daily HSE inspections audits and record maintenance.
Ensure that formal risk assessments are carried out for all activities.
Liaising with Contractor, HSE Manager seek their advice, guidance and communicating them to the project teams.
Participating and carrying out incident/accident investigation, reviewing the report and determining the suitable corrective actions and communicating the learning points to the staff and the work force.
Monitoring the HSE standards in the work activities at workplaces and give positive advice.
Advising, guiding and facilitating the senior management, contractor's, Supervisors and work force on HSE related issues in order to ensure a risk free working environment for the workforce.
