Responsible for procuring and maintaining subcontractors by doing market research as per the AV/ELV/Support /Project requirement.
• Maintaining and procuring the correct manpower supply as per the requirement from the concerned department.
• Expedite Purchase order delivery with supplier.
• Evaluating suppliers, negotiating, technically evaluating the offer and ensuring the correct supplier as per project requirement and budget
• Responsible for all local and international purchasing.
• Responsible for ensuring that the PR to PO process in the system is completed
• Building relationship with existing vendors and identify new vendors to service emerging needs.
• Coordinating with project managers to ensure all material availability and plan as per the project requirements thereby maintaining a smooth project material delivery schedule
• Procurement documentation, Archiving and maintaining procurement Petty cash.
• Verification of the received supplier Invoice, documentation and submitting for the payment certificate by coordinating with QS and follow up with the accounts department to release the payment as per the scheduled date.
• Providing training to TQ staff members for the new software implementation as instructed by management.
• Preparing procurement weekly reports in Excel
Responsible for Genuine parts forecasting, monitoring the spare parts’ stock levels and replenishment
• Receive orders and document arrivals, follow up the imported shipments till receiving in the WH
• Update’s part catalog numbers and contracts to include classification, technical terms and conditions, and specifications
• Continually expanding and improving technical and business skill set under own initiative with instruction, guidance, and direction from managements
• Recommending new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies
Conduct monthly reports related to the section KPIs
Follow up with Finance department the outstanding invoices Sourcing new suppliers to create more competition
Responsible for all local and international purchasing
Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align
Responsible for ensuring that the PR to PO process in the system is completed efficiently a per the SOP/SLAs
Designing and generating weekly and monthly demand forecast reports to review and equirements.
Working closely with the product managers and to act as a key support to ensure product life cycle and product status is maintained for all SKU’s in the system
Establishing the best methods in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets. Determining the product pricing along with the product management team by utilizing
the market research data, reviewing product and sales cost, anticipating volume and
customized orders
Developing and leading the negotiation strategies with suppliers and establishing
agreement to cover optimal order quantities and lead times
Collaborating with sales team on new product launches and creating the part code for
the same as per the product details, deletions, range review, etc., to ensure success into market.
Responsible for partnering with logistic team to determine and execute optimal supply chain for all products shipment, incorporating cost and customer service metrics.
Responsible for all sales orders execution, coordination, follow up, new client acquisition and update to customers quotations by technically evaluating the power tools (Makita), HVAC, Construction Machineries.
• Responsible for processing and classifying the company products, in accordance with the US Customs Federal Code of Regulations by evaluating technical drawings.
• Assigned National HTS codes for all products within the client’s inventory database as required.
• Manage NAFTA/GSP program to ensure regulatory compliance, including NAFTA for export.
• Extracted BOMs (Bill of Material) from Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP.
• Extracted drawings from OCE Software.
• Responsible for controlling project related documents and drawing received from our head Office
