I have been employed as ANA & ANP Site Manager for Kandahar Camp Hero Site & 12ea ANP Sites, my role included the Management of :
1- Operating the Power Plants, Water Treatments, Waste Water treatment Plants doing all the required operating Log Sheets, Checks & Analysis.
2- Carrying out all the routine scheduled & unscheduled maintenance and repair of the facility related equipment and specialty systems as: ( fire alarm - Elevator - HVAC - UPS -Frequency Converters - Program logic Controller - AFFF Fire Protection - Vapor Detection - POL Controls..etc.
Notes:
*- ANA Camp Hero Included: 40ea Guard Towers, 80 ea Pack up Generators, DFAC, Hospital, Power Plant, Water Treatment, WWTP, Training Center, 115 buildings.
*- ANP Sites: each site has less No. of Towers and buildings.
*- Total Man Power 80
*- All employees stay in the camp 24 hrs/day ( all accommodation for them ).
3- I was response for all accounting, CII camp accommodation, O & M store Materails and replenishment / Inventories.
4- Response for all Mails
5- QC & Safety
6- I was response to satisfy (COE) Corps of Engineers of Scheduled Maintenance (PMI) & Unscheduled work and Expense.
7- I was response to keep contacting and inform my upper Management on the right time as a Company(Contract) rolls.
8- All above for only last 5 years and 3 months work in Afghanistan, but my total work in American Companies is 23 years+ 21 years in Egyptian Air Force(Aircraft Maintenance).
