Construction Cost: AED 4.3 billion
Strategically positioned among the three world class museums the Zayed National Museum, Louvre
Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the project will be one of the largest retail complexes in UAE
and the first of its kind in the Gulf region. Project consists of 280, 000 sm of luxurious retail and F&B
units, a 16 theater cinema, a VIP observation deck, parking structures to accommodate 11, 000
vehicles from the visitors of the 3 museums and the mall.
Project’s total built up area is 1, 036, 520 sm, GLA is around 280, 000sm.

Musanada-Abu Dhabi
Providing Project management services on a major US$10 billion program of works with over 55 live
projects for Musanada, an Abu Dhabi government agency.
Role: Head of the Design Management team, which provides the technical support for Musanada
projects during both design and construction stages.
Main duties includes managing and monitoring the progress of the design work on all active projects,
managing resources and conducting QA/QC process for the technical output provided by the team.

Role: Project Director, Site area of around 24 Ha in Baniyas/ Abu Dhabi to be developed to a
Residential complex, consisting of 108 villas, 7 high end Building Apartments and 20, 000 sm of
Middle-income housing
Kingdom Hospital-Amman-Jordan
Role: Project Manager, A five plus star Hospital in El Abdali Area- Amman, 150 beds, GFA of around
39, 000sm. Scope includes a feasibility study to determine the suitability of converting an existing
structure designed for residential use to a healthcare facility built to the highest international
standards, in addition to full design development.

shopping mall links with the Ferrari World theme park on Yas Island. The mall features a wide variety
of retail and entertainment tenants, a food court, and numerous sky-lit courts and public concourses.
Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone: Onshore Buildings
Client: Habtoor Leighton Group/Abu Dhabi Port Authority, Contract value: 1.4 Billion DHS
