Roles and Responsibilities:
• Project manager for ABB Ltd, Power BI and SD projects
• Lead all day-to-day SAP operations: OTC & BI developments. Customer escalations and resolution.
• Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA best practices for ABB project using PMP and Agile methodology.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead all day-to-day SAP operations and functional lead for SAP SD, OTC & Vistex Support and new developments, customer escalations and resolution, for Medline.
• Greenfield Implementation of SAP S4 HANA best practices for Medline Panama, Mexico project and for Gas distribution client Wales and West Utilities using PMP and Agile methodology

• Service delivery manager to deliver SAP and non-SAP projects, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for group companies.
• Serve as functional and delivery lead for SAP China and India (SISS & SIPL) implementation, process mapping of business and execution of projects across group companies.
• Manage Service level agreement (SLA), Change, problem, incident and stakeholder
• Works closely with SAP internal teams and external partners to ensure better understanding of the customer and project delivery
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Delivery lead for SAP project include project schedule, solution design, blueprint and deliverables and segregate the tickets to respective consultants.
• AMS support on L3 and P1 issues & tickets raised by APAC and Domestic customers.
• Responsibilities included requirement gathering, create functional Specification, working with developers, unit and integration testing for SD.
• S4/HANA Migration for Rolex Rings and Support for client Zespri from New Zealand.
• Onsite at Suzlon for SAP Tax Migration, GST Implementation and new process.
• Responsible for reviewing and presenting the Test Case and UAT reports.
• Manages incidents and change requests for SAP modules used on site.
• Coordinate with European / Australia and US counterpart for new business process and developments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Implementation at Bharat Forge Aerospace Div (KRAS - Kalyani Rafael Advance System) and FS solutions for reports and custom developments using Solution Manager CHARM.
• Project core team member of Industry 4.0 for Bharat Forge and Group Companies.
• Implementation of Tax migration INJ to INN at Bharat Forge & Kalyani Techno forge for GST.
• Working on SAP Up gradation and new process implementation project of Pricing, Tooling & billing process modification and SMARFORMS as per new requirement.
• Process Owner for SAP SD & Sales Force CRM Integration at Kalyani Techno forge.
• Providing global support on issues & tickets raised by SAP core team members of Bharat Forge group companies.
SAP SD Consultant (Engineer - Planning & Logistics)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Functional specification solutions for reports and custom developments & providing end user support (Ticket Handling) for Logistics & Sales users.
• Coordinate global support to European counterpart (Germany/Swiss) to analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, writing test cases
• Analyzing the errors, searching for causes of errors, provided corrective solutions and suggested for preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Configuration of Inter/Intra (STO) company stock transfer & master data maintenance.
• Training for key and end users on SAP functionalities and navigation.
• Configuration of logistics execution, Sales, delivery and billing documents, pricing.
• Copying control for Sales documents and configure sales Org structure to master data.
• Involved in user acceptance testing and final acceptance testing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Gathering requirements for BBP and post support for user generated errors.
• Configuration of Master data and sales document for order to cash.
• Communicating with the quality accuracy developing team with regarding issues.
• Configuration of Intercompany / Stock Transport Order and third party process.
• Configuration of Condition techniques for Pricing Configuration.
• Document control configuration like Item Category and copy control for order and billing.
• Involved in UAT and final FAT and creation of training manuals and test case.
• Integration with other modules like MM/PP/FICO.

Completed MBS ( Master in Business Studies ) from Pune University. having specilaization in Computer Management.
