Develop and manage contracts for various Plants and HQ mechanical, electrical, civil, catering, office services, and other projects, from pre-qualification, tendering to contract closeout including variations, commercial and claims settlement. UAE AND QATAR
Procurement and contracts specialist at Bunya Enterprises LLC, a consortium for developing an 860-hectare planned residential, commercial and business project on the Reem Island, Abu Dhabi City, United Arab Emirates. Full project cycle procurement, contracts (such as FIDIC -Client/Consultant, Construction, Design-Build, and EPC forms), and cost services; appointment of consultants and contractors for various infrastructure contracts comprising roads, bridges, and utilities with estimated development cost of US$ 3.6 billion and a US$ 270 million sewage treatment and polishing plant. Procurement services to the Lusail Development Project in Doha, Qatar.
* Set-up procurement and contract administration procedures, standardize documents, establish and maintain contract monitoring and reporting system;
* Prepare procurement and contracts documents, bid out contracts, evaluate proposals, negotiate with consultants and contractors, recommend contract award;
* Evaluate consultants and contractors application for payments and settle claims;
* Set-up contractors and consultants pre-qualifications system;
* Build up contractors, consultants and supplier base, and establish performance and capability monitoring;

* Commuter Rails Upgrading and Railway Bosphorus Tube Crossing Construction “the Marmaray Project” in Istanbul, Turkey as Deputy Senior Contracts Engineer. Contract Value: US$2.7 billion;
* Second Bangkok International Airport in Thailand as Procurement Specialist. Contract Value: US$3 billion;
* ADB Funded Vientiane Urban Infrastructure and Services Project in Lao \[work done in Manila\] as Procurement and Contracts Specialist. Contract value: $35 million.
* Various infrastructure projects including bridges, skyways, and airports as Procurement Specialist or Contracts Documentation Specialist.
