Presently working with M/s TOTAL LPG India Ltd (Formerly known as ELF gas India Ltd) as Operations Executive -LOGISTICS at their Terminal at Mangalore. TLIL with a total business of 125, 000 MT/annum is the largest private LPG supplying company in the southern India. With logistical importation terminal at Mangalore, has facilities for re-distribution to strategic locations across the country. Elf Gas is chiefly distributed packed in cylinders, as bulk to commercial establishment and for Auto Gas.

Context and environment:-
Transport is the backbone of LPG operations - better utilization of trucks, anticipate crisis situation and work on alternative solutions.
To deliver at peak demand situation and to plan for ullage in spheres during ship receipt times.
ACTIVITIES: -
Monitor daily inventory of LPG for bottling plant and for bulk.
Sphere planning, creation of ullage and inter sphere transfers.
Loading of bulk tankers as per procedure and the co-ordination of gantry and logistics activity.
Positive segregation of Auto LPG (AG) and Non-auto LPG (NAG)
No stock out situation at bottling plant, BOOM/BOOT customers and ALDS locations- LPG because of indents flow or vehicle availability
To ensure 95% of indents are executed on daily basis (on time & full)
100% reporting of incident/accident by transporters in the prescribed format.
To meet the requirements / targets as per agreed identified HSEQ KPI’s.
To meet the gains in bulk dispatches and ship receipts as per agreed KPI’s.
Accountabilities: -
Make sure that LPG supply reach on time the bottling points and customers with safety concerns about our trucks as per indents generated from H.O.
To ensure that KPI for the bulk management are on the continual improvement path.
Working as shift supervisor @ Emirates gas LLC (ENOC group) in operations and logistics dept.
