Throughout my tenure as Manager in Supply Chain & Procurement at Carver & Associate Inc, I assumed comprehensive responsibility for the Bangladesh market's hospitality industry. Managing a team of 38 individuals, I ensured smooth operations by preparing Letters of Credit aligned with client specifications, monitoring payment release statuses, and navigating customs procedures. Additionally, I coordinated logistics, clearing agents, material inspections, and distributions, ensuring all facets of the supply chain functioned seamlessly.
During my tenure at Cloisall Co. LLC as Assistant Manager in Logistics & Supply Chain, I oversaw the entirety of supply chain operations across the GCC region. My responsibilities included negotiating with sales teams and customers for exports, preparing comprehensive import/export documentation, and liaising with government agencies such as the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Port, and Customs. Additionally, I managed warehouse operations and daily inventory for export and domestic use across Cloisall projects, ensuring alignment with procurement requirements.
As a Logistics Coordinator at Depa Group, I played a pivotal role in managing logistics operations for prominent projects such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Metro, PPC Conrad Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, Crown Plaza Hotel, Robinson Store-DFC, Cleveland Clinic, and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
