I am electrical Foreman I have total experience 14 year's MEP metro rail airport building oil & gas etc project in gulf countries,
Ensure the daily program of all site works are performed in accordance with the Company's construction program. Ensure all site resource (labour, machinery, materials, subcontractors etc.) are effectively utilized and monitored in order.
•Plan and organize workloads and workers assignments based on the job priorities.
•Direct, assist and provide subordinates with the necessary instructions to perform their work.
•Check the execution of assigned work for exactness, neatness and conformance to technical requirements.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates and address detected errors in performing assigned duties.
•Inform the site engineer of any encountered technical problem and participate in finding out the best solution.
•Review the progress of work and direct changes as necessary.
• Order additional manpower as required to meet deadlines.
•Ensure that required tools, materials and equipment are available and inform site engineer of any arising need.
• Assure that tools and equipment are properly handled and maintained so as to prevent damage, deterioration or loss.
•Communicate and enforce compliance with safety policies/instructions as well as other applicable regulations.
•Coordinate with timekeeper for monitoring the working time and attendance of workers under his supervision.
• Maintain harmony among workers and prevent conflicts.
• Keep track of daily site activities.
