1. Responsible for JCB Excavator boom and arm Fabrication, Production, Quality,
Safety andCost performance.
2. Production Planning & Control as per Monthly production target report and supply of quality
products to variousfinal fitting line.
3. Productivity improvement and monitoring on shop floor on daily routine process.
4. Ensuring all operations work completed in allotted cycle time and control on line breakdown.
5. Ensuring proper & effectively working of Welding Machines, Conventional Machine shop & Metal
cutting Machines.

Responsible for Metal cutting of forklift chassis by Optimum utilization of plates and controlling the
scrap % by nesting software.
 Monitoring the performance parameters of Fiber laser cutting machine, plasma cutting and Gas cutting
machines and calculating the daily cutting rate by perimeter of cut.
 Expert in CNC programing of laser cutting machines.
 Ensuring proper & effective working of machine shop (Laser cutting, plasma cutting and gas cutting
machine) and reporting to maintenance dept.
 Production Planning & Control as per BM report & BPR report for timely supply of quality products to
various final fitting lines as per TOC guidelines.
 Productivity improvement and monitoring on shop floor on daily routine process.
 Ensuring all operations work completed in allotted cycle time.
 Identification training needs and training planning in PQCDSM area to the new Operators, workers,
Apprentice to enhance operators’ skill level.
 Daily ERP - Infor LN related work
o Training to subordinates regarding day to day inform LN system activities like production reporting
o Warehouse orders executing
o WIP checking against physical stock at department level.
o BOM and Routing verification
o Purchase Requisitions
 Tracking Defects data and CAPA for the same to be implemented to improve the Quality of the products.
 Maintaining IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) related documents (IMS Manual updating as per
change in process, Work instruction and OCP, Regular process control check sheet monitoring, HIRA
updating as per requirement, MPs work, Defect analysis, Training etc.) and faced external & internal audit
for IMS and ensuring application of IMS system on shop floor in true spirit.
 Quality Assurance & Control: Validation of Templates, fixtures, gauges, and machine param
