Working in M/S Bhushan Steel Ltd., Khopoli, Maharashtra as an Assistant Engineer at 4HI Cold Rolling Mill production from july 2010 to till date.

It is India's largest (in the secondary sector) CR Steel Plant with a line to manufacture Cold Rolled Coils & Sheets up to a width of 1700mm, as well as Galvanised Steel Coils & colour coated coils.
JOB PROFILE: ➢ Managing production related activities of rolling mill.
➢ Achieve mill efficiency of Production target as per planning & Reporting to Divisional head/ Operation manager with proper communication.
➢ Manufacturing as per customer need and verify the process parameter, process control pass schedule mill operation activity and maintaining proper standards of the finished products.
➢ Manpower planning and Shutdown planning such that there is an optimum utilization of available resources.
➢ Identify non-conformity in product & suggest appropriate correction.
➢ To enforce strict discipline in the department and co-ordination with other department for smooth operation.
➢ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Bhiwani Inst. Of Tech. & Sci., Bhiwani, Haryana.
➢ X from C.B.S.E. DEGREE PROJECT: ➢ Working model of Regenerative Braking System.
