• To Meet & Greet each and every guest arrived at the counter and assist them in explaining about the facilities offered in Ski Dubai.
• Handling group booking, reservations and assist the guest to make their experience memorable by rendering the proper service.
• Selling all the Ski Dubai products at the counter and doing cash reconciliation every day.
• Responsible for Up selling and promoting the products and increase the spend per head from our guest in order to generate the revenue.
• Ensure the safety of every guest and staff on the premises.
• Accomplished the Health & Safety Representative training and responsible for maintaining the Safety standards in the restaurant.
• Responsibly attend the Health & Safety meetings and reports the issues to the manager.
• Receive feedback from guest and do the follow up with the line manager to solve the issue.
