Responsible for business development & project management to provide end to end solution for the
following:
o Solar Products: String Combiner and Monitoring Boxes (SMBs), & SCADA system
Responsible for developing business plans, formulating strategies with CXO’s and Business Head to
deliver client focused solutions and also finding ways to increase our market share and revenue.
Responsible for gathering and analyzing market trend, doing competition analysis, project planning,
developing strategy and project execution for Solar PV products (combiner boxes and SCADA system)
Developing the client and vendor base for SMB's.
Responsible for Project Planning and Management (using GANTT, PERT, WBS..etc), Contract negotiation,
Vendor development, Team Building and Team management.
Preparation of Technical and commercial offer and discussion with clients and vendors on String
combiner/Monitoring Boxes.
Developed various quality documents (User manual, QAPs., 8D, Ishikawa, CAPA..etc in line with ISO 9001:
2008) and implementation of the same at the production floor.
Maintain complicated schedules, develop project timelines, and manage people and materials to complete
jobs on schedule and within budget guidelines.
Support relationship management with clients
Involved in preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and Bid preparations
Support liaising with government and Authorities Having Jurisdictions
Preparation of pre- and post-proposal presentations and materials as appropriate

Sound knowledge Solar PV designing (Grid tied and off Grid System), Site assessment, Shadow analysis
and PVSyst.
Have sound knowledge of various balance of systems (BOS) used in solar power system
Developing the client and vendor base for SMB's and Off-Grid Projects
