Key Deliverables
Overall responsibility for steering the implementation of the ADNOC HSE management systems.
Role of HSE advisor in matters of HSE Assurance and establishing HSE Management Systems.
Based on company HSE performance, develop risk based strategic and operational audits and inspection plans.

Develop and manage the Risk Assurance model for the company.
Develop and continually assess and revise HSE audit and inspection protocols based on key areas of business HSE risk for Abu Dhabi, Das Island and international facilities for execution by others.
Establish Legal and Regulatory Compliance Assurance Framework.
Coordinating and conducting Insurance Risk Surveys, Setting up HSE Balance Score Card, Take part in HSEIA and COMAH studies, Preparation and review of Risk Assessment and Environmental, Aspect Impact Reviews, Crises management and Emergency Planning, Take part in major incident/accident investigations.
To ensure that Observation Tour program (Behaviour Based Safety Program) is implemented in the true sense.

Reduction in mosquito population in DSOA Semmer and Cedre Villas by ensuring safe and healthy environment while using Thermal Fogging and spraying method by the contractor by coordinating with DSOA and Dubai Municpality Pest Control Section.
Risk Assessment and Inspection before approving the opening of the EGTC 1st floor Ever Fine Dining Restaurant for Staff and Visitors from Design Stage to Completion Stage. Fire Protection Systems audit and HSE audit for the same.
Indoor air quality monitoring EGHQ basement tunnels leading to the airside Dubai Airports to ensure safe and healthy work environment for the crew, contractors, security personnel working in the area. PM10, PM2.5, CO, O2 Monitoring and measures taken to reduce the vehicle emissions, noise levels and better air flow by coordinating with Dubai Airports HSSE.
Emirates Aviation College, Emirates Holidays/dnata travel center, EGHQ, EGTC, Emirates Call Center (DOZ) & Emirates Group Security Head Quarters Car Park Modifications to reduce the risk of accidents inside the car park and better utilization of space, better energy efficiency, reduce fuel consumption.
Emirates Sky Cargo CMT ASRS & PCHS storage levels safety issues like falling from height, heat stress, unsafe levels of illumination, indoor air quality, technical issues with sensors were assessed for risks, appropriate controls advised and ensured implementation of risk controls through Dubai Airports Engineering Services, dnata technical services and Emirates Sky Cargo Facilities Management.
Risk Assessment, Inspection and multiple audits to ensure the New A380 Concourse was ready for release for operations to Emirates Airport Services Staff and Contractors by 1st January 2013.
Managing contracting companies like Transguard, DULSCO, maxcare in various facilities like Emirates Engineering, Emirates Sky Cargo, Emirates Aviation College, EGHQ, EGTC to achieve reduction in number of accidents, near misses and hazard and risk management. Meeting the contractor’s safety managers, account managers and top management to push for results in terms of better HSE performance.
Conducting campaigns like ‘Stay Healthy in the Heat’, Reporting of Incidents, accidents and hazards, Prevention of Noise Induced Hearing Loss.
HSE awareness program for Emirates staff and contractors in all business areas of the company on a monthly basis covering both new joiners and existing employees and contractor’s supervisor of staff.
Reviewing, auditing the contractor’s safety management system during the prequalification stage and approving the most reliable contracting company. Managing the current contractors by periodic review of their safety performance.
HSE Inspections of Emirates Clinic Facilities, Risk Assessment for Manual Handling activities, office ergonomics, dental chair risk assessment, indoor air quality & water quality monitoring and measurement and ensuring compliance to Dubai Municipality Regulations.
Driving the Air Conditioning Ducting Up gradation Project in Emirates Aviation College Building C along with Facilities Department by meeting with contractors and overseeing their progress and ensuring compliance to HSE Requirements of the Dubai Emirate & Emirates Group.
Scope:
• I was responsible for QA / HSE reporting to the Operations Manager, General Manager & Corporate HSE Manager. I support the Project's Lead in monitoring and advising on all aspects of regulatory Compliance and Due Diligence within the Business Unit in the Areas of Process, Workplace Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene and Risk Control.
• I was accountable for ensuring that Risk control Management Systems and Programs are followed by all workers within their Business Unit. I am accountable to support the Operations Manager with the completion of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as identified in the Integrated Management system.

I have completed as part of my Masters courses like Flexible Manufacturing Systems, Just in Time Manufacturing, Product Design, Manufacturing organization & Management, Supply Chain Management, Financial Manaegement, Total Quality Management, Strategic Management and Business Policy, Technical Communication, Human Resource Management, Marketing & Project Management. My disseration project was on Integrating ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 at Century Rayon.
This is a integrated M.Sc. of 4.5 years duration. I have had two live projects at two different factories once at the end of 4th semester and one at the end of 8th semester. My dissertation was on Exploring Six Sigma in Rayon Plant of Century Rayon. It is a multi disciplinary course.
