Purchase Order Management: Generate, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) & Track and monitor the status of POs to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with departments to understand procurement needs.

Manage daily operational purchasing needs, including planning, issuing, and tracking Purchase Orders.
Coordinate logistics and shipment schedules, resolving supply and quality issues with vendors.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and competitive pricing.
Contribute to ISO Annual Performance Reviews for vendors and ensure compliance.
Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal and organizational requirements are met.
