Oversee bill for stock transfer from one construction site to other Site. Check GST Annual return data at the end of the Financial Yearbasis submitting and filling the same with our Chartered Accountant. Preparing Stock statement and submitting with the Leading bank at the end of the month for CC/OD Bank Account limit. Preparing and assisting the financial data such as Balance sheet and Profit and loss with Accounts Head at the end of the Financial Year. Conducting internal Audit with the Accounts team at the end of the Financial Year.

Entries in Tally (Bank, Cash, Journal, CN, DN, Sales and purchase) Verifying and releasing the salary and incentive of the employees on monthly basis. To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and following up on the outstanding items (e.g. Creditors, Debtors, Bank accounts) Interfacing with Internal/ Statutory Auditors and providing them with all necessary documents. Making Co-ordination with the site accounts clerk related queries regarding Imprest cash, material requisites, labour E.P.F, Sundry Creditors and as well as Bank/ vendor Reconciliation Statement. Filing and Verifying of return and providing necessary data to Chartered Accountant and payment of Service Tax, VAT and TDS. Interfacing with Internal/ Statutory Auditors and providing them with all necessary documents. Visiting on quarterly Basis to the site and verifying the nature of expenditure on going.
