PwC's is a Big 4 service based company includes Audit and Assurance. Currently i am Reporting to the Director/CIO, I manage a team of 4 Cloud Engineers

Main Responsibilities:

- Creating a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adoption process
- Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software
- Regularly evaluating Cloud migration activities
- Working closely with Business Partners and Stakeholders to Respond
technical issues and HLD and LLD design Chang in a professional and
timely manner
- Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy
- Offering guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk
application transfers into the cloud
- Preparing strategic and budgetary planning processes, prepare and administer
work unit operating budgets
- lead implementation projects. Setting up Tech Risk and Quality process,
which included Architecture review board and Technology review board.

My main achievements:

- Reduced Overheads by 23% over 2 Years by implementing cloud cost
optimisation solution
- Increased the frequency of reports from quarterly to monthly reports for each
LOS
- Coming up with a new idea that improved things
- Recruited and trained 3 cloud Engineers to join the team
