Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
•Learning and Development (L&D) Budgeting and Budget control
•Training Compliance review and implementation
•Focal point for all department audits including external & internal (Management system, Business audit, shareholder audit, )
•Implementation of business strategy, corporate policies and KPI’s and reporting.
•Internal Faculty for providing end user training in Learning Management System (LMS) / Performance Management System (PMS) /Desktop applications/Business objects
Roles & Responsibilities of LMS
•Managing the company’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) and processes.
•Develops and executes testing plans for LMS system changes and enhancements with documented outcomes.
•Loads SCORM & AICC courses/programs into Learning Management System (LMS).
•Support and develop user manual and guides for implementation after testing.
•Will work closely with Learning/Talent Management representatives in utilizing the LMS within their respective areas
•Manage roles, securities, and permissions associated with Learning Management System (LMS) access; develop and maintain LMS Governance plan.
•Curriculum build - Works closely with trainers to accurately define, design, develop and implement LMS curriculum build to support role-based training.
•Maintain curriculum content for organizations using Success Factors LMS.
•Provided ongoing training data analysis for Learning & Development leadership team.
•Support the administration of Learning & Development department performance management systems and processes.
•Facilitate creation, revision and maintenance of training material content.
•Design & Develop Application/ Templates/ database to manage day-to-day transactions related to Learning & Development for analytical / Decision making.
•SAP SF Learning Management System (LMS) implementation Functional Lead:
•Gap analysis - adapt SAP LMS - configuration/ Process documentation.
•Business Process transformation change as per SF- LMS requirements
•Analyzing and aligning existing data with LMS and transfer the data, Migration, Real time full testing/ Preparation of user manual
•Verification of the process and data validation then implementation assistance.
•End User Training and administration training
