• Responsible for Implementing, and troubleshooting Active Directory Domain on windows server, and also configuring and maintaining DHCP, DNS, Domain wide Group-policy, VPN, HTTP, FTP, BACKUP, DFS, WSUS, WDS, High Availability of Servers, backup server.
• Web hosting Services IIS.
• IT Infra support to clients in 24*7 environment.
• Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of physical Servers & Storage like Dell, HP, and IBM.
• Configure and manage VMware vsphere, VMware NSX, and VMware Vrealize operations manager with VMotion, DRS.
• Assists in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new or ongoing development projects.
• Server Backup Systems - Veritas NetBackup, Symantec Backup, Windows Server Backup and Linux Cron Job.
• Provide primary system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Windows servers environment and performance issues.
• RAID configurations, Server hardening, Symantec Antivirus support, WSUS Patch management, LDAP configuration, Server hardware and OS monitoring.
• Manage Citrix products like XenDesktop, XenApp, XenServer.
• Configuring ftp, NFS Server to maintaining the shared folders in organization.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Red Hat & Windows servers.
• Implementation and monitoring of various tools like ticketing tool, remote monitoring tool like PRTG, Nagios, Centron, ManageEngine etc.
• Experience of supporting major data-center power downs or disaster recovery support / implementations.
• Security & Patch Management and Compliance, and experience with Enterprise Antivirus solutions and implementation.
