Responsibilities:
➢ In charge on overall General Operation & Maintenance execution in all aspects of Document Control.
➢ Oversee the Engineering and Vendor documentation in relation with the Shutdown Activities
➢ Ensure sub-contractor RVA, Extra Work Order, Plant Modification Request are properly signed for clients approval.
➢ Report progress in RVA, Extra Work Order and Plant Modification Request are fully signed and sent to commercial for billing.
➢ Making sure that all documents are transmitted to Client in a timely manner using the SAP-DMS for site distribution.
➢ Provide guidance and training to more junior staff and have responsibilities for solving problems arising from the set up of the electronic management system on the project.
➢ Provide project systems, plans and procedures, and guide the Operation & Maintenance and Contractors to ensure project Information Management and Document Control compliance with Company standards on maintenance management.
➢ Provide Information Management and Document Control leadership on the Project by coordinating activities of project team DCC.
➢ Maintain Information Management processes including performance measurements, updating procedures, assessment of Contractors and reporting results.
➢ Liaise with the client and all Discipline on all matters related to Document Controls.
➢ Expediting of correspondence and making weekly reports for the Project manager to help maintain all the queries are replied on time and updated in DMS.
➢ Also oversee all the document shipments, coordinating with the Logistic team and properly handing over to the client whenever new Documents arrive on site.
➢ Maintain the DPEM Dossiers & certificates for review and approval as per the standards and Site requirements.
➢ Prepare Document Guidelines in SAP-DMS and help Client to organize the documents as per discipline and requirements of the Lead Engineers.
