Responsibilities:
• Managed and monitored overall activities of portfolio of projects including Current status, Effort & Schedule over run, Milestones achieved, Risks & Mitigation, Open issues, Project cost control.
• Responsible for maintaining gross margin, reduce operating expenses and Attrition control
