Responsibilities:
• Evaluating the all Parameters (like Specifications, Technical details and Scope of work) related to the tender and ensuring the completeness of all documents and drawings required for preparing the complete bid/proposal
• Preparing the designs, schedules for Electrical & Plumbing services and calculating the estimated Load from the given civil layouts (if the consultant did not provide the design drawings)
• Posting the RFI & Queries to the consultant/client to clarify the particular issues or in case of any missing documents in the given tender package
• Accumulating the quotations from the vendors/suppliers by sending the enquiries as per the given specifications and listed vendors/manufacturers
• Maintaining the necessary data base for accurate costing and surveying
• Congregating the specialized works quotations from the specialized contractors.
• Ensuring the measured Quantity Take-off’s for better costing
• Considering the Direct & Indirect costs, sundries, contingences and any additional items to carry out all the works as per the given specifications and scope of works
• Finalizing the pricing BOQ by adding project overheads, escalation cost provisions and given provisional sums by confirming with respective manager
• Listing out all exclusions, clarifications & considerations to mention in the proposal to avoid future contractual issues by checking with the concerned persons
• Confirming the payment terms & conditions by consulting finance manager and project manager
• Confirming the delivery period of the materials & any machineries which are involved in the project
• Checking with the project engineers for man hours and productivity of the work for precise & accurate costing
• Attending the Pre-Tender site visits and meetings to discuss & clarify all queries and different aspects
• Preparing the standard Techno-Commercial Proposal/Bid with all the documents in accordance with the procedure for the Tender submission.
Responsibilities:
• Studying the Tender drawings, Specifications and preparing the Quotations for the Bidding
• Preparing the shop drawings as per the client requirements from the approved designed drawings by the consultant
• Estimating the project cost for Electrical equipment’s and Materials to execute the project as per given specifications
• Estimating the Electrical load and preparing Load Schedule as well as Single line diagram
• Sizing the Electrical equipment (like Transformer, Generator, Breakers, Capacitor banks and Cable’s etc...)
• Working with drafting team and giving technical inputs for preparing the shop drawings
• Implementing the Power, Light, Drainage & Water Supply, Data, Telephone, Fire, Emergency systems drawings as per the regulations of Civil Defense and Local Authorities
• Execution of the work as per the approved drawings and performing the site operations to complete the work within the given time frame
• Performing works inspection with QA/QC, MEP Coordinator and Consultant and preparation of Works Inspection Request (WIR) for approval
• Maintaining good coordination between Managers and workers and assigning work for workers with guidance and motivation
• Maintaining the coordination between all disciplines within the site at the time of execution of work
• Ensure completion of assigned projects according to time & budgetary limits
• Devising significant solutions for maintaining sound Environmental & Safety conditions with proficiency in the implementation and maintenance of quality standards
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring continuous supply to the plant, by carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance activities
• Planning preventive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas
• Preparation of Commissioning Plans, Procedures, and Method Statements
• Executing the functions of troubleshooting & breakdown / preventive / shutdown maintenance for bringing down process control instruments' downtime to a minimum level
• Undertake testing to ensure installation is in accordance with the design
• Preparing the Maintenance Strategies for proper Operation and Maintenance of the Plant
• Maintaining the substation (132/33/11kv) and protection equipment like Breakers, C.T and P.T’s and Relay panels in the control room
• Execution of commissioning and Testing across interfaces
• Assist with the preparations review of main test plans and procedures to avoid breakdowns of the plant
• Complete Reports & Test Documents to meet the Contract Specific requirements for each Project
I have completed 4 years regular Course of Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University(JNTU),Kakinada,Andhra Pradesh, India
Completed Intermediate (12th Class) specialized in Maths,Physics & Chemistry with 85% of marks from Narayana Junior College under the state board of Intermediate,A.P,India in 2009.
