Responsibilities : Attending the client meeting and to understanding the requirements of the client and guiding the team of architects to design & develop the details required for the project.Development of schemes to detail design, Coordination with client and all internal departments and monitoring.
Defines discipline organization and participation on a project including scope of work, design criteria, schedules, standards, and procedures. Prepares staffing estimates and execution plans and monitors progress assessment.
As an Architectural package owner prepared the tender packages of the project and issuing them to the vendors & Technical evaluation of the quotations received from the contractors and coordinating with the commercial department to issue the work-order to the appropriate contractor
Initiates and reviews change order requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original scope of work.
Managed the design team, Co-ordinated with the construction managers and supporting construction team at site during construction.

Client: ALAQARIA.
The proposed site is of 138400SqMt at Ras Laffan Industrial area. The development consists of residential accommodations for the labours and the senior staff accommodation. The site components are residential buildings, dining blocks, mosque, commercial building, infrastructure and landscape.
EPIC for NEW KMDS & KSDS AT DUKHAN.

Proposed new control building, gate house and local Equipment room which is a blast resist building.
International School (Green Building)

Did the Case study of the existing School building in Doha and prepared the schematic design for the proposed new school building at Al Khor.

The Bahrain Bay development has been created as a major development within Manama. SOM acted as the master plan designers for Bahrain Bay. Raffles City is strategically positioned within Bahrain Bay, Conceptual design by architect Rafael Vinoly and the firm is doing design development & construction drawings.
