• Monitoring/Scheduling the batch jobs & application interfaces MQ series.
• Monitoring Queue messages in real time reporting and taking appropriate actions when MQ threshold breaches the limit.
• Resolving the incidents reported by users on a timely basis.
• Contact upstream systems in case of file delays and inform downstream systems and other stake holders in case of delays/issues.
• Makes appropriate communications for all prod issues and follows the right escalation process.
• Ensures that all overnight processes are complete as per the SLA and send status reports for SLA and critical issues.
• Performing the Application Health Checks to make sure that there is no impact on BAU process and take appropriate actions in case of any abnormalities.
• Playing major role in P1/P2 incidents to drive the calls effectively and start working on resolutions and inform all stake holders until the issue is resolved and providing the timely updated until the incident resolved.
