Lead all IT functions including Support Services, project management, Infrastructure Management, functional and technical support.
Lead a team of developers, engineers and business systems analysts in maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing multiple ERP systems to meet the evolving needs of Core & Main. This role includes managing the staff, budget, roadmap, operations, support, and projects of the ERP ecosystem. The ability to effectively manage a diverse team, collaborate with business partners, and deliver a simple and effective end-user experience that maximizes results are critical success factors. In addition, this role collaborates with key stakeholders to define and executes on the continuous improvement roadmap for ERP capabilities for the organization.
Direct and validate system documentation at all stages of development and support for the ERP system.
Assign projects and daily work to software development staff utilizing available resources and skills to best meet company and customer expectations including working shoulder to shoulder with analysts and engineers to assess implementation needs, craft innovative solutions and implement these plans to a level which exceed expectations.
Gain understanding of what project requests entail, obtain executive approval, and prioritize work load based on company goals and resources.
Develop a strategy and implementation plan for each code release including testing automation, code review and continuous release as an enterprise vision.
Identify and manage gaps, ensuring accurate documentation of systems and resiliency and redundancy is maintained.
Train associates on various aspects of an implementation and delegate work based on availability and experience.
Managing internal and external resources across multiple locations and teams.
Build the right team by leveraging personal network to recruit, hire and effectively onboard new team members.
Accountable to lead the team for policy decisions on Hardware, Software and Outsourcing vendors/Systems Security develop Business Continuity Plan.
Managing day-to-day issue resolution & long-term strategic planning, serves as the IT support team leader managing team priorities, identifying recurring IT support issues and provide resolutions to long-term corrective action to improve team efficiency

The Posting Module maintained the master detail relationship between the header and detail tables. The reports modules have some Maintenance Module lists and some status reports.
