 Develop a strategy and implementation plan for each code release including testing automation, code review and continuous release as an enterprise vision.
 Identify and manage gaps, ensuring accurate documentation of systems and resiliency and redundancy is maintained.
 Train associates on various aspects of an implementation and delegate work based on availability and experience.
