Employed as a field Maintenance team in execution of preventive, break down, unit / or Train shutdown of Gas Plant Process equipment’s Like: Gas/Steam Turbine & Auxiliaries, Compressors, Pumps, Blowers, Aerial Fan Cooler, Agitator, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Column, Tank, Vessel, Valves, PRV’s, Defog/Air Intake & Process Filters, Strainer, Pipe Lines related to process gas treating unit, Acid Gas Removal, Sulfur Recovery, Dehydration & Liquefaction, Refrigeration & Refrigerant Unit, Nitrogen Recovery, Helium Recovery, Fuel Gas & Acid Gas Injection, Sour & Well Water Injection, Sea Water / Fresh Cooling water system, Desalination Unit, Steam & Power Generation, Sewage & Effluent Treatment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of PTW Work Pack & Submission with Operation to make safe work place to execute the Maintenance Activities.
• Lead & Guide to Maintenance Team Work.
• Conduct Daily Tool Box Talk & Job Start Meeting Prior the Maintenance Activities to execute job Safely.
• Arrange the necessary Tools, Materials, OEM Manuals, Drawing & Diagrams to complete the Maintenance activity timely & Efficiently.
• Observation of Equipment’s healthiness during routine check up.
• Report to Client lead / Supervisor for any process equipment’s abnormality observed.
• Manage the work force as per job schedule & distribute the job & audit for quality of performed job.
• Working in Night shift as Night shift In-charge on Mechanical, Electrical, F/G, Instrument Technician Crew to provide support to Operation.
• Co-Ordinate with Other Discipline during Night shift Like Rigging, Work Shop, Scaffolding for any emergency break downs.
• Update the Daily Activity Log book & Update the report to Client Lead / Supervisor.
• Safety is Top Priority during execution of Maintenance Work Activities.
• Run The Daily Tool Box Talk & discuss about Lesson Learn & Non Compliance.
• Encourage work force towards safety, health, Environment & Quality.
• Execution of Planned & Unplanned Maintenance Activities.
• Lead the Maintenance Team.
• Perform Complex Troubleshooting & Discover the alternative Method in resolving issues in Maintenance Work.
• Identify & developing the procedure Method of statement to execute the activity safely, efficiently & in quality Manner.
• Develop & review Work Pack for Major Overhauling / Shutdowns.
• Supervise & Guide to team member for working with other discipline foreman / lead & Operation leads to ensure maintenance activities are schedule to minimize down time & Optimize efficiency.
• Keeps the tracking record for skill& Competency of all team member &work crew engage in maintenance works.
• Ensuring to optimization of resources (Man Power, Materials & Equipment) to ensure timely & efficiently completion of work.
• Conducting & demonstrate good Organizational skills following procedure, policies, work practices & develop improvement wherever necessary.
• Ensure Work Order Closeout activities are completed in quality Manner.
• Participate / Develop JSA, JHI & PTW Work Pack for all type of Maintenance activities.
• Work as Mentor to Improve Skill & Competency in new employee under NEDP.
• Joining with Quality Audit team to ensure for Quality Maintenance work.as per Method Statement, procedure & in Quality manner.
• Joining with Safety Team during Safety Audit at site to ensure work force are following company’s all safety rules & Procedures.
• Responsible to confirm mandatory training requirements have been completed & work force have been trained & competent to perform the task
• Responsible to provide / arrange training for new technology, utilizing technology to drive efficiency.
• Responsible to maximum time presence of work force in the field & conduct frequent Inspection & audits to maintain a zero non compliance.
• Build & maintain good relationship with Maintenance Superintendent, team member & Client.
• Immediate respond to Emergency Break -Ins to Minimize Production Loss.
