• Checking the quality and quantity,
• Issuing the P.O.S. materials to the user Boutiques & Showroom.
• Printing Materials maintaining inward and outward Status.
• Making the requisition of the P.O.S. required materials.
• Receives stores, maintains and issues inventory comprised of store items.
• Determines inventory levels for all items purchased and stored; contracts and prepares orders sheets for showrooms including items specification and desired quantities.
• Unload goods and check them against Chick List forms.
• Catalogue or label items with storage details.
• Place goods in bins and racks, or stack bulky items on floors.
• Complete orders by selecting goods from shelves and checking the off appropriate list.
• Package and send our completed orders to Boutiques & Showrooms.
• Move heavy packages using forklift machinery.
• Obtain details of the location and quantity of items in stock, using visual display unit or computer.
• Enter details of received delivery slips, requisition and invoice into computer.
• Count and record the number of items in store during stockades.
• Advice supervisor on stock and re-ordering levels.
• Keep the work area neat and tidy.
• Any other task might occur.
