Job Profile:
Role: Administering activities like monthly closing of accounts book, examining of various ledgers, sub ledgers, etc. Preparing: 1 Bank & supplier reconciliation statement 2 Amortization, depreciation, accrual schedule & posting the same in appropriate accounts 3 Actual payment documents like cheque payment, bank transfer, etc. 4 Property wise expenses analysis report Examining purchase invoices, debit/credit note and other documents and posting them in appropriate accounts Accountable for following up of all LPO, RV, AMCs, contract payments (on monthly basis), telegraphic transfer payments, receipts, etc. Authenticating contracts & documents as per company’s requirement Overseeing tenancy contract’s expiry & its renewal Monitoring bounced cheques and giving regular updates to the management on the status of the same Ensuring that valid additions & deductions are incorporated in the monthly payroll Processing other employee related payments like EOSB, HRA and other advances as per group policy Accomplishments: Steering efforts in implementation of ERP in the organisation to generate better reports & automation which helped in reducing the usage of papers
