• Assembly Line Productivity Improvements and maintenance Emergency situation handling like major breakdowns Rejection analysis and Quality Improvements.
• Cross functional training to the operators for multi stage assembly line & Assembly line operating procedure at every stage.
• Kaizen continual Improvements reduction cycle time & focusing the SHE activities.
• Implementing cost saving measures to achieve major reduction in production cost, energy consumption and man power reduction.
• Developed Periodical Services of Assembly & Testing Equipments to increase productivity.
• Facilitate the transmission assembly line up to date design changes to reduce the operator fatigue and mistake proofing.
• Torque Interlock PLC control systems to control the torques in clutch & gear assembly.
• Transmission testing failures, noise observes and analysis the failures.
• Leadership - People Development & lead team members, continuously monitor to achieve the set targets.
• Safety - Effectively capture all accidents and 'near miss cases' and incidents with root cause analysis.
• Resolve the jig, fixture & tooling problems; take corrective action for relevant modification.
