Financial Analysis & Valuation:
Analysing and evaluating financial aspects of business opportunities, preparing business studies and financial projections, as well as assessing risks and financing strategies for key opportunities.
Providing strategic analysis and inputs for turnkey financial solutions and recommending investment options. Conducting fundamental industry research, organizing financial data and developing qualitative/quantitative analysis.
Preparing financial analysis and feasibilities of prospective new projects, acquisitions, redevelopments and divestments. Collecting and analysing data to deliver real-time business intelligence for making better-informed decisions within quick turnaround time.
Developing and delivering presentations for Board of Directors meetings.
Reporting directly to the CFO and indirect reporting to the MD.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
Handling the whole gamut of complicated M&A process including evaluating investment opportunities, data management, carve out and spin off companies, asset transfer, creation and liquidation of companies
- Engaging in due diligence, conducting financial analysis of all data relevant to the potential merger, including a risk assessment of the target company’s current management and operational structure.
Implementing integration plans as quickly and smoothly as possible so that the financial rewards of acquisition can begin to accumulate.
Serving as part of the team involve in deal negotiations with potential private equity investors interested to invest in Redington Gulf.
Research & Strategy:
Researching and evaluating market trends to provide strategic advice to the management on key issues of investors’ concern.
Maintaining, enhancing and developing financial models to be used for planning, forecasting and ad hoc analyses including multiyear financial plans, capital stress testing (CCAR), capital planning, , business valuations and impairment testing.
Performing in-depth market research and industry analysis to understand the global competitive, operational, financial, and regulatory dynamics that shape industries and companies.
Analysing macro-economic trends across MENA region and producing reports about several economic areas and market technical analysis.
Buy-side Analysis:
Analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made and presenting comprehensive review of the company's business plan in the context of market conditions and the industry/competition.
Conducting revenue, commercial and market due diligence, synergy validation, maintainable earnings, future cash flows and all operational issues, as well as deal structuring.
IPO Process Management:
Efficiently managed IPO readiness challenges, managed the process to be fully prepared to leverage the windows of IPO opportunity.
Keeping abreast of financial regulations and legislation compliance issues, notifying and reporting to the senior management any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
• Business development activities for a segment of customers (mobile devices manufacturers- Nokia, Qualcomm) in my region.
• Conduct training workshops and road shows for new launched products.

• Trained 40 engineers on our product line for at Centre for Electronics Test Engineering, Govt. of India enterprise.
• Represented Rohde & Schwarz India Pvt. Ltd for Wireless Communications summit in Germany during Oct’06.
• Represented Rohde & Schwarz India Pvt. Ltd for Advanced Wireless Training in Singapore during Mar’07 and May’08.
