Project Title: Installation of New Desalter Trains at GC-9, GC-10, GC-19 & GC-21
Duration: April 2019 to Present

Project-Scope:
This project is about Installation of New Desalter Trains of 50, 000 STBOPD of Dry Crude oil and related ancillaries developed in GC 09, GC 10, GC 19 & GC 21 Burgan Field, Kuwait. The 4 GC’s are totally new and will be integrated with the current GC tie-in focuses determined for wet unrefined, dry rough, off-spec unrefined, wash water, synthetic compounds infusion, fuel gas, tank vapor, repaying gas, flare gas, fire water, instrument air, plant air, and so forth. Power for the GC will be integrated with existing substation at the separate GC.
Project Scope: UG Piping (RCP, GRP, GRV, UPVC, Cannels, Catch Basins, ) and Civil Works (Foundations for Pipe racks, Chiller towers), Employees of 3000+
Roles and Responsibilities in KIPIC:
•Pivotal in giving advice to construction senior personnel on HSE impacts & aspects of the construction activity and best possible mitigation options.
•Involved in detection of environmental impacts and mitigation (waste, chemicals etc.).
•Responsible for hazard identification and control, organizing environment study and offering the same to the management.
•Negotiated Operations buy-in and executed task specific PPE, substance abuse, Leading Indicator Activity Calendar and Sure Fit programs to FDH JV which contributed to a 60% decrease in safety incidents.
•Awareness on QRC (Quick Response Center) from FDH JV to Site Engineers and Site In charges.
•Provided Onsite Trainings like Defensive Driving, Traffic managements, PPE Usages, Near Miss Reports, etc.,
•Arranged Health Survival Campaigns like Heart attacks, Viruses, Biological Hazards, Food Safety, Heat Stress.
• Protected Duct bank caught on Deep Excavation Mode and other Utilities by view the Drawings, informed to Sr. Team.
•Weekly meetings with client on site and off site, Score card assessments and Walkthroughs.
•Got Scorecard highest rank from the 74 South in Alzour site 98.9% Safest site twice of the period.
Project Scope: Production Supply Complex, KOC Administrative Building for LFHOD, Residency Complexes KOC, Employees of 5000+
Roles and Responsibilities in KOC
•Timely investigation of incidents & suggesting remedial measures.
•Carry out training related to safety & environment.
•Following the KOC Standards, policies and Implementing according to PMC Statuaries.
•Lifting for Precast basis on Heavy Lifting and Mobilization and Demobilization of Tower cranes followed by PMV.
•Ensure safety compliance in the plant.
•Deliver Safety induction training & tool box talk.
•Monitoring & stick compliance of “permit to work” system at worksite & explain the importance of the same to the workforce.
•Monitoring critical activities at site & correct the unsafe practices on the spot.
•Conducting Fire Mock Drill & train the workers for the “Emergency Evacuation procedure”.
•Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers, Sprinkler System, Hydrant System, breathing apparatus.
•Conducting every month Safety training programs.
•Maintaining Accident Report Files.
•Strict implementation of better housekeeping for the job site.
•Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.

Roles and Responsibilities in ALICO:
•Implementing & monitoring under company standards and policies.
•Sending weekly safety report to the Management.
•Updating displaying information and instructions about handling risks of new machinery and substances.
•Providing proper direction to subcontractors & HSE supervisors to assess the field of HSE & environmental systems e.g. working at Height, Confined Space, consolidated waste storages, Hazmat storage, Noise Survey etc.
•Expert in COSHH, Ergonomics, Working at Height, Confined Space, Waste Management, Hazardous Material Management, Air Quality & Noise Monitoring etc.
•Assist for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activity, fire protection and prevention system.
Project Scope: Pipes and Ducting Insulations in Cauvery Basin Refinery(CPCLs) enhance from 0.5 MMTPA to 1.0 MMTPA
