- Perform competitive research (Price fishing, competition activity) to understand the market and consumer’s needs.
- Plan sales strategy by analyzing ROI for marketing like promotions and extra visibilities (Floor displays, flyers, extra blocks and branding).
- Plan offers and discounts within the approved budget to promote sales.
- Follow up and evaluate slow-moving SKUs analysis and action plan to reach the target.
- Obtain quotations for ordering stickers, flyers and branding and follow through production.
- Weekly meeting with salesmen to develop and monitoring sales.
- Keep record of sales trends
- Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
- Manages the assigned budget to meet objectives.
- Work closely with sales team to execute marketing strategies.
- Prepare marketing strategy and write action plans to achieve our objective.
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
- Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
- Managing events, campaigns and activations.
- Builds long term client relationships in order to develop and present sales proposals to prospective and repeat clients and to close sales.
- Prospects and generates new business & industry clients through research, cold-calls, outreach, and other marketing/sales initiatives.
- Maximise business opportunities by supporting events such as networking events and jobs fairs.
