1.Responsible for GRN entries and ledger posting, ensuring all necessary attachments are included.

2. Proficient in journal voucher posting for
adjustments and clearing problematic GRNs with purchasers and during audits.

3.Efficiently voucher and file GRN's for record-keeping purpose.

3.Maintain proper filing and records of sales tax invoices for FBR workings.

4Conduct general ledger reconciliations, including import workings of T.T and LC GRNs.

5.Post MRNs for returnability and issue debit notes to parties when necessary.

6.Compile monthly payment ledger summaries and verify/maintain records of correct income tax/W.H tax percentages through tax exemption certificates.

7.Issue payment ledgers and maintain international/domestic travel records for factory owners and

9.Supervision on overall bank reconciliation.

10. Check monthly sales and overall revenue report.

11.Preparing interest budgeting sheet for bank financing.

12.Prepared income tax challan monthly on e-FBR.

13.Prepared purchase cycle on IMPORT.

14.Manage EXPORT payment received in ERP.

15.Bank reconciliation on daily basis.

16.Prepared cheque on ERP.
