• Identify new insurable risks within the groups’ companies
• Responsible for the renewal of Tamer Group insurance Portfolio for General and Medical lines.
• Validate and communicate Medical insurance performance reports to identify misuse/abuse and take corrective actions.
• Monitoring the CDC report for all group Facilities.
• Conduct an insurance satisfaction survey.
• Evaluate the current engagement with our insurance brokers (Medical & General).
• Work with our medical insurance broker to send monthly Health Tips to all group employees.
• Support for the Board of Directors & other stakeholders at Tamer Group for their individual insurance related matters.
• Support in reducing the life cycle of all claims & closing them efficiently.
• Analyzing the top consuming members report under the group medical policy, to monitor the consumption and the coverage of employees and their dependents.
• Handling of all claims relating to the following lines and insurances; Property, Travel, Marine, Life & Credit portfolios.
• Assisting the Claims Manager in supervising the non-motor claims team.
• Review claims reports, weekly reserves, and claims log.
Life insurance and Bancassurance. Before and after-sales. In charge of quotations, renewal addition/deletion, and claims.Dealing with reinsurance regarding new business and claims settlements.
Broker and direct sales support. Meddling between broker's and underwriting department for negotiations supports regards the rates and conditions in motor and non-motor lines. In charge for monthly sales reports for direct business and brokers.
-Handing general business over 20 accounts Major and Minor, local and global. Doing quotations slip, placing slip, quotations summary, quotations compression.
-Working on renewals and payments follow up.
-Currently I’m member of Aon Academy, an accredited graduate development program aimed at recruiting and training fresh Saudi graduates in Saudi Arabia in insurance and insurance brokerage
Doing quotations requests, Analysis business report and monthly quote report for broker and sales, Claims and policy issuing follow up, doing quarterly presentations for the region with my line manager.
Being a broker for Medical Sector where I used to communicate with different big customers (corporate customers) to do the following tasks:
Medical claims - addition - deletion and as an escalation point to sort out any challenges for my customers.
Handling Marine & Motor issuing & renewal policies.
Executive Secretary for the GM, handling his office business
Coordinator for all company events.
