- Create special order price build up for luxury & economy class vehicles considering some factors such as Vehicle Options, Dealer’s Margin, Taxes, Miscellaneous Expenses, Shipping & Handling, Ocean Freight, and Insurance
- Create prices for vehicles in showrooms using the company’s approved pricing matrix and submitting these prices in the Oracle System to be available for viewing for salesmen
- Place vehicle purchase orders from the U.S & China for different Saudi regions based on previous sales, target sales, stock availability, and region space capacity
- Make a monthly Sales Forecast and Actual Sales report for GM & GAC vehicles reflecting all Saudi regions
- Coordinate with GAC Motors in China for orders, shipments, and payments
- Review vehicle order requests made by management and recommend revisions
- Create special item codes in Oracle for VINs with similar brand, carline, model year, internal code, and color
- Review special case invoices with overcharge and undercharge issues from General Motors
- Translate vehicles options description from English to Arabic, and Arabic to English
- Helped lead an e- commerce project by collecting, editing, entering, and reviewing data used to operate the project
